HelloFresh shows the power of subscriptions
The German meal kit company HelloFresh has continued it’s strong growth despite the really tough comparison numbers from last year. Q1/2021 saw 103% growth, but still HelloFresh was able to grow by 32,7% on top of that growth.
The company is approaching 2 billion € quarterly revenues. Will that barrier be reached during the next quarter?
Despite the tailwinds of the pandemic fading away, HelloFresh has been able to maintain a profitability for the growth. AEBITDA margins have come down from the pandemic peaks as the marketing investments have grown relative to revenue.
HelloFresh is able to generate 120 M€ in Free Cash Flow. This will make the ongoing rapid internationalisation ever more easier.
