Since the 2008 crisis Starbucks has actively built a huge base of loyal customer, reaching 25 million customers. The amount of money they have loaded on their Starbucks Cards is staggering: $2,6 billion.
The Starbucks Mobile App has been discussed a lot over the years. It is used in 25 % of US store transactions.
